Before ordering, please read this important note about our lamb package weights.  In choosing your order, please select from the following categories and click on your choice.  Spring lamb is small and most often served as a whole roasted lamb.  However, you also have the option of ordering Spring lamb in various custom cuts if you prefer.  Please choose one option.  If  you are uncertain about the cuts of meat available, please refer to this retail meat cut chart or this food service meat cut chart.   If a cut you desire is not available in the pull down menu, please note it in the "custom" box and we will do our best to accommodate your request. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order within 24 hours.  At that time arrangements can be made for payment and pick-up or delivery.
